We do not collect VAT, duties, tariffs, or customs clearance fees on your behalf. All fees associated with importing goods are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

• USA Customers: Due to our US fulfillment partnership (effective November 28, 2025), you will NOT pay additional tariffs or customs fees upon delivery.

• Canada Customers: Only sales taxes (GST/HST/PST) are applicable. No additional duties or customs fees will be charged upon delivery.

• UK & All Other International Buyers: You are responsible for paying all local taxes (like VAT/GST), customs duties, and import fees required by your country upon package arrival. We do not collect these fees at checkout.

Due to the new GPSR law, which came into effect in January 2025, we are no longer able to ship to EU countries, including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
