When will you ship my order?

Our current processing time is 4 to 7 business days. Please note this excludes shipping time. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

I am from a European country. Can I purchase your products?

Yes! We have finally expanded our list of countries to include the European region. Please note that we do not collect import taxes or customs duties (VAT) on customers' behalf. These fees may apply upon delivery.

Additionally, we are currently unable to ship to Germany at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

My country is not available at check-out. What should I do?

We apologize if your country is not available at check-out. Please reach out to us by chat, or by contact form, and we will do our best to assist you. We are constantly working to expand our shipping destinations.
