Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time: Our current processing time is 3 to 5 business days. Orders are processed and prepared for shipment during this time frame, excluding weekends and holidays.

2. Shipping Methods and Timelines:

We offer three shipping options within Canada, which can be selected during the order checkout. Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 9 business days.
  • Flat Rate Box: Estimated delivery within 3 to 9 business days.
  • Lettermail or Oversize Lettermail (No Tracking): Estimated delivery within 2 to 10 business days.

3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method and the weight of your order. You can view the shipping cost during checkout before completing your purchase.

4. Order Tracking: For Expedited Shipping and Flat Rate Box options, tracking information will be provided once your order has been processed and shipped. You can use this information to track the status of your order and estimated delivery date. However, please note that Lettermail options does not include tracking.

5. International Shipping: We offer Tracked Packet shipping to USA customers with an estimated shipping time of 1 to 3 weeks, which varies depending on the location within the country.

Tracked Packet International shipping is available to Oceania, South America, Asia, Southeast Asia, Central America, and Europe, with an estimated shipping time of 2 to 5 weeks.

However, we regret to inform you that we are currently unable to ship to Germany. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

6. Customs and Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance processes in your country. Please be aware of any potential customs fees or import taxes that may be imposed by your local customs office before placing your order.

9. Holiday Shipping: During peak seasons and holidays, such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas, shipping carriers may experience delays due to high volume. While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date during these times. We recommend placing your order well in advance to ensure timely delivery.
