Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Our current processing time is 7 to 14 business days. Orders are processed and prepared for shipment during this time frame, excluding weekends and holidays.

2. Shipping Methods and Timelines

We offer two shipping options within Canada, which can be selected during checkout. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen:

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 9 business days
  • Lettermail or Oversize Lettermail (No Tracking): Estimated delivery within 3 to 10 business days

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method and the weight of your order. You can view the shipping cost during checkout before completing your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Tracking information is provided for Expedited Shipping once your order has been processed and shipped.
Lettermail options do not include tracking.

5. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select regions:

  • United States: Tracked Packet USA with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 weeks, depending on your location.
  • Other Regions: Tracked Packet International is available to Oceania, South America, Asia, Southeast Asia, Central America, and the UK, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 weeks.
  • EU: We currently do not ship to countries in the European Union. We apologize for any inconvenience.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

We do not collect tariffs, duties, or customs clearance fees on your behalf. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

  • USA Customers: This policy is effective August 29, 2025.
  • Canada Customers: Unaffected by this change.

Buyers are also responsible for any additional customs and import taxes imposed by their local customs office. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance procedures in your country. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.

8. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery refusal, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

9. Shipping Restrictions

Certain items may be restricted from shipping to specific locations due to legal or logistical reasons. If your order contains restricted items or cannot be shipped to your location, we will contact you as soon as possible.

10. Holiday Shipping

During peak seasons and holidays (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas), shipping carriers may experience delays due to high volume. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates during these periods. We recommend placing orders well in advance.

We reserve the right to update our shipping policy at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be posted on our website, and the effective date will be noted at the top of the page.
